Understanding the Role of a Reviews Officer

About this Course

This one day course course gives delegates an understanding on the role of a reviews officer and how to write 'appeal proof' S203 review decision letters. The course aims to assist review officers involved in assessing reviews under Housing Act 1996 as amended by providing them with a practical guide on how to deal with all the related review opportunities, At every stage the Code of Guidance 2018 will be highlighted as well as the Review Regulations 2018. Delegates will also have the opportunity to explore bad decisions and what makes a good decision. Relevant case law will also be highlighted. 

 

Delegates are also provided with S203 review decision templates to assist with their decisions.
